Hello. :) It's a little bit of news from The Wonderflonium Guy, Phillip Rhoades, (that's me).

I live in Fulton. Wandering around tending to dailies when this building kitty corner from me started falling apart! Luckily no one has lived there for years. Got some footage of it. None of the actual collapse, just post collapse wreckage and fire department folks. Sent it along to the boys at WOOD TV (local NBC affiliate). Here's a still. Wonder if they'll use the footage. . .
